March, 2020: The Six of Cups
Hello
everyone. Happy March! We’ve had a few rainy days in New York. Some overcast
days of late. But today is sunny and bright!
Hope
your world is sunny and bright. Lots going on out there… but wishing you peace.
Pisces Season ended on March 19th and the Sun entered Aries shortly close
to midnight, ET!
This
is a transitional month where I am, our lovely seasons changing from winter to
spring. And I drew the Six of Cups which means the transition probably won’t be
abrupt. And there will be nostalgia in the air. Environments will probably be
calmer and quieter than normal.
What
I generally recommend throughout Pisces Season is a soft approach when it comes
to dealing with others. No matter what they bring our way. We can be clear.
Short, sweet, to the point.
Back
in January, I put up a boundary without being mean about it. It put me in a weird place, socially, but... this isn't an unusual predicament.
It
can be done. And there’s no need to explain ourselves. However, I always apologize
if there’s a possibility of hurting someone else’s feelings.
One
thing Pisces Season teaches us, one by one and collectively, is that
God… or the Universe… or Spirit… or Whatever We Believe In works in mysterious
ways. Sometimes It gets us alone. Sometimes It brings us to our knees. Sometimes
It gets us to cry a little… or sing more. Or write more. Or sleep more. Or cuddle
more.
But
our perseverance, our patience, our honoring what is still good and true and
meaningful in our own worlds… gets us through not just Pisces Season but
any time. Any trial.
My
social circle has shrunk quite a bit… but the people in my life are
plenty.
Also.
Also,
watery Pisces Season tends to keep some information hidden. Abyss-hidden. But I
feel action-oriented, inspired Aries Season, which rings in springtime and
tends to challenge some, might bring some stories and truths out in the open.
And the Six of Cups, a card of trust and friendship, is showing that
between-you-and-me conversations could be had this month, with new (Aries)
friendships or activities developing.
I
get the message, “fresh faces” (or “fresh voices”) as well.
More
importantly, there is an activity in the Six of Cups that’s worth paying
attention to: the flower-arranging. Flowers are delicate, and they are used in
all types of ceremonies, commemorations, etc. Thus, events are possible
throughout the month of March… including those in which we remember someone.
Low-key celebrations are likely… as are plans for them.
There are feelings in the Cups cards. Emotions. In this
case, they, as well as creative/artistic endeavors, may be linked to memories.
Perhaps of hobbies and interests and travels and experiences of our past.
In
addition, something that can be worked on is our memory. Our
recollection of details. Brain games can help with this… but I’d research other
possibilities (Pisces).
The
color palette for this card is soft, monochromatic. Gentle on the eyes.
Textures are soft, velvety, and/or smooth to the touch.
Customer
service/care may be a focus. We do see an interaction here that could involve
sales. (I like to think sales/customer service can be found in any job.) But sales and counseling are big areas of
focus. I’ll add maybe factory type of work… due the repetition in this card (or
simply tasks that are repetitive yet not identical).
The
Six of Cups may represent an understanding. A desire to know and understand the
consumer (or whomever we interact with) in our day-to-day tasks is essential.
Speaking
of day-to-day, we had a full moon in Virgo on Monday, March 9th!
Virgo is the sign of health and work but also tidiness, cleanliness, repair, humility,
details, routines, habits, and small efforts that will make a big difference. Taking
things a day at a time is recommended, and it may become ‘the new normal’ by
March 24th with the New Moon in Aries (at 5:28 AM ET).
Remember
as well that Virgo is ruled by Mercury and represented by the Magician! Details
are magical. Results are magical… but they take time, care, precision, strategy,
a method, and focus this month.
All
month.
Work
ahead if you can. Kill two birds with one stone even!
Or
ask for assistance.
Or
assist. Assistance is a big—no HUGE—word for Virgo. Some may not be in
the spotlight… but they sure as hell are talented (Pisces) assistants (Virgo)!
So, a spotlight/appreciation will be reserved for them behind the scenes…
Finally,
try to keep the kindness going. Nurture relationships. Take care of someone or
something a little. Take care of yourselves (Aries Season is here and rushing
about, distractions can be inevitable). Keep in touch with those you care about. And enjoy being taken care of a bit as
well—nothing wrong with it!
Enjoy
a potentially slow but gentle and kind month. Thank you so much for reading! Take care. Be
safe…❤☀
