Summer/Solstice, 2019: The King of Wands

Happy Summer Solstice! 🏖 The card I drew for June 21st and for the summer/solstice... is the King of Wands.

The King of Wands can be about big moves, masculinity, creativity, generosity, mastery, empowerment, rewarding experiences, and confidence.

He may represent who we (or others) become after being on the giving and receiving ends of support, love, and encouragement.

The King of Wands is a leader. He’s experienced, he cares, he’s supportive, and he knows it takes strength and even bravery to be patient and kind (but also kindness and patience to feel strong and brave).

Also, the King of Wands may be about the importance of dignity, and choices or goals surrounding the maintenance of our own and/or others’ dignity.

Some may say the King of Wands’ heart is really really really tremendously big.

But, you know, it's gonna take a lot of heart to successfully run a certain show. 

So.

(Personally, my older brother is a Leo and my younger brother was a Sagittarius— love them both. Both have, and had, huge hearts.)

Some great men or great people may step into positions of leadership this summer. 

They have fought the good fight and earned these spots. 

They've done the right thing... even when it was the hardest thing to do.

That stuff some have been practicing/devoting a lot of time to? Regardless of gender, they may become skilled enough to train or motivate others to do it.

King of Wands may love you.  He may be affectionate and he leads, performs, demonstrates his skills with the heart. 

He may also represent responsibilities... and some promotions, takeovers or victories this summer.
